Fourteen steps. One accountable team.

A structured process that takes your brand from first research to a selling TikTok Shop, then keeps growing it month by month. Here is what happens at each step, and what you can expect from us.

Plan: steps 01 to 02.

01

Brand Assessment & Market Research

We start with a free strategy call, then study your brand, products, margins and current channels. We map your category on TikTok: competing shops, the creators who sell in it and the price points that move.

02

Product Selection & TikTok Shop Market Validation

We score your products on demand, margin after fees and commissions, creator appeal and category rules. You get a launch shortlist with the unit economics behind it, and if a product is unlikely to work on TikTok Shop, we say so.

Build: steps 03 to 06.

03

TikTok Shop Account Setup & Verification

We set up or audit your TikTok Shop: business verification, payments, shipping, returns and any category or brand approvals. Review times are set by TikTok, so we prepare documents early and keep the rest of the build moving.

04

Product Listing Creation & SEO Optimization

Listings are written for TikTok Shop search, with titles built around the terms buyers type, complete attributes and images that show the product working. Each listing also has to finish the job a creator’s video started.

05

Pricing, Promotions & Offer Strategy

We set launch prices against fees, creator commission, shipping and ad cost, then plan the first offers: vouchers, bundles and flash deals your margins can carry. Every discount is modeled before it runs.

06

Storefront Setup & Brand Optimization

Shop name, logo, banner, profile and brand assets are set up to match your other channels. When a buyer arrives from a creator’s video, the store should look like a brand worth trusting.

07

Affiliate & Creator Marketing Strategy

We decide how creators will drive the launch: open and targeted plans, commission rates set from your margins, sample criteria and the mix of commission, flat fee and retainer deals. Briefs carry your brand guidelines and the claims creators can and cannot make.

08

Creator Outreach, Sample Distribution & Content Generation

We find creators whose audiences buy in your category, judged by sales history and content quality rather than follower count. We handle outreach, negotiation and samples, and review every video against your brand and TikTok’s rules before it goes live.

09

TikTok Ads Setup & Campaign Launch

Once creator and product videos show real performance data, we launch GMV Max, TikTok’s automated Shop ads campaign, against a target ROI set from your margins. Spark codes (permissions creators share) let their best videos run as ads, and LIVE GMV Max supports LIVE sessions where they fit.

Product Launch & Sales Activation

Creator posts, ads and launch offers are timed to land together, so early demand builds on itself. Where the product suits demonstration, we add LIVE shopping sessions. Through the launch window we watch orders, stock and account health every day.

11

Performance Tracking & Data Analysis

We track where sales come from and what they cost, by product, creator, video and campaign. Each month you get a clear report on GMV (total sales), orders, margin and ad efficiency, with what we will change next.

12

Conversion Rate Optimization & Growth Scaling

We improve the listings, offers and creative that underperform, then put more budget and creator effort behind what is working. New products, new creators and higher budgets are added when the numbers support them.

Inventory Planning & Order Fulfillment Coordination

Stock is planned around creator pushes, promotions and LIVE sessions, so a good week does not end in a stockout. We coordinate with FBT, your 3PL or your own team to keep dispatch on time and protect account health.

Ongoing Store Management & Revenue Growth

We run the store day to day: customer messages, account health, promotions, creators and ads. Every month the plan is checked against the numbers and updated, so the channel keeps improving rather than standing still.

What you get every month

What we need from you

Timelines vary by product, category and market, and by how quickly TikTok, creators and your team respond. Several steps run in parallel, and the order above describes a typical path rather than a promise.

Questions, answered.

Still unsure? Ask us on a free strategy call.

How long does it take to launch a brand on TikTok Shop?

Store setup is usually the quick part, though verification time is set by TikTok’s review. Product readiness, category approvals and creator content take longer and vary by category. Your launch plan includes a realistic timeline for your case.

Do I need an existing TikTok account or following?

No. On TikTok Shop, sales can come from creators, ads, search and LIVE, not only from your own followers. A brand account helps over time and we can advise on it, but it is not required to start.

Can you take over a store I already run?

Yes. We begin with an audit of account health, listings, creators and ads, then bring your store into the 14 step process at the step that fits. We keep what is already working.

How involved do I need to be?

Expect more time in the first weeks for documents, approvals and samples. After launch, most of your time goes to the monthly review and to decisions on budget, pricing and range.

When do you start spending on ads?

Usually once there is creator or product content with real performance data, so the budget has something proven to scale. The amount is always your decision, set against a target ROI built from your margins.
