FULFILLMENT & LOGISTICS
What happens after the sale matters most.
We choose the right fulfillment model, plan stock around your promotions and keep dispatch, tracking and returns within TikTok Shop’s rules. That protects your customers’ experience and your account health.
THE PROBLEM
Sales are up. So are late shipments.
A video took off and orders jumped overnight. Now stock is running out, dispatch is late and your account health is slipping faster than you can answer customer messages. The video that should have been a breakthrough is turning into a support queue.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Everything between checkout and doorstep
Logistics decisions that protect your margin, your reviews and your standing on the platform.
Fulfillment model choice
We compare Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT, where TikTok stores and ships your stock), a third-party logistics warehouse (3PL) and shipping it yourself, on cost, speed and control. The answer can differ by product, so a mix is sometimes right.
Warehouse onboarding
We prepare inbound shipments, labeling and product data so stock is received and available for sale without avoidable delays. We confirm receiving timelines with the warehouse before stock is promised to buyers.
Inventory planning
Stock is planned around sales velocity, creator pushes, LIVE sessions and promotions, so a good week does not end in a stockout. We set reorder points for each key product and review them monthly.
Shipping settings and deadlines
We align handling times and shipping templates with what your setup can reliably meet, because late dispatch counts against account health. Promising faster delivery than you can sustain is a short-term win and a long-term risk.
Daily order monitoring
We watch for late, stuck or cancelled orders every day and fix the underlying cause, not just the single order in front of us. Patterns, such as one carrier running late in one region, are escalated before they become a habit.
Returns and refunds
We process return requests, track the reasons behind them and route returned stock back to sale or write-off with a clear record. Damaged-in-transit claims are documented and pursued with the carrier or provider.
Delivery questions
Buyers asking where their order is get prompt, accurate answers from live tracking, which reduces complaints, disputes and poor reviews. Where an order is genuinely delayed, the buyer hears it from us first.
Logistics reporting
Monthly reporting covers on-time dispatch, delivery times, return reasons and fulfillment cost per order, with the trend for each.
HOW WE RUN IT
How we take over logistics
Logistics audit
We review your current fulfillment, shipping settings, late-dispatch history, returns and stock levels. We also check how stock, orders and returns flow between TikTok Shop and your other channels.
Model decision
We recommend FBT, a 3PL, self-fulfillment or a mix, with the cost and speed trade-offs written out for your products. You approve the choice before anything moves.
Onboarding and settings
Inbound stock is prepared, shipping templates updated and daily order monitoring begins.
Stabilize
Late orders and recurring return causes are worked down, and the inventory plan is tied to the marketing calendar.
Plan ahead
Peak seasons, launches and creator pushes are planned with stock and warehouse capacity confirmed well in advance.
OUR APPROACH
Logistics planned with marketing, not after it
Most fulfillment failures are planning failures. A creator video or LIVE session lands, demand spikes, and the stock or capacity is not there. We plan inventory from the same calendar as ads, creators and promotions, so supply is in place before the push begins rather than chasing it afterward. It is also where TokVendors 360 shows its value: one team sees the demand coming and the stock that has to meet it.
- Fulfillment model chosen on your costs, not a default
- Inventory tied to the promotions and creator calendar
- Shipping settings matched to real capacity
IS IT A FIT?
Built for the right shops.
A great fit if you
- Stores with frequent late dispatch or rising account health warnings
- Sellers deciding between FBT, a 3PL and shipping themselves
- Brands preparing for a launch, sale event or peak season
- Wholesale sellers managing stock across several brands
- Shopify or Amazon sellers sharing inventory with TikTok Shop
Probably not a fit if you
- Stores that prefer to keep every logistics decision in-house
- Sellers who want logistics help without sharing order and inventory data
- Products that TikTok Shop restricts from sale or shipment
HOW ENGAGEMENTS WORK
Logistics, scoped to your volume
Fulfillment & Logistics runs monthly after an initial audit, and any later change of model is planned to avoid gaps in availability. It is quoted per store on the strategy call, based on order volume, number of products and the fulfillment model. Warehouse and shipping charges are billed by the provider and stay separate from our fee.
Audit and model decision
A one-time review with a written recommendation and a setup plan your team can follow.
Ongoing logistics management
Daily order monitoring, inventory planning, returns handling and monthly reporting.
Inside TokVendors 360
Logistics run from the same calendar as ads, creators and LIVE, so supply and demand are planned together.

What do TikTok Shop fulfillment services include?
Ours cover fulfillment model choice, warehouse onboarding, inventory planning, shipping settings, daily order monitoring, returns and logistics reporting. The aim is on-time dispatch at a sensible cost per order. Each piece is reported monthly, so you can see cost and on-time performance move.
Should I use Fulfilled by TikTok or a 3PL?
It depends on order volume, product size, how many channels you sell on and how much control you need. FBT can simplify operations for sellers focused on TikTok Shop, while a 3PL often suits brands shipping across several channels. We model both for your products before recommending one.
What happens if orders ship late?
Late dispatch counts against your account health and can lead to restrictions if it continues. TikTok Shop sets the exact deadlines and penalties, and they change, so we confirm the current rules in Seller Center and set handling times you can reliably meet.
Can you handle returns?
Yes. We process return requests, track reasons and route stock back to sale where possible. Return patterns often point to a listing or product issue, which we feed back into the catalog work. Refund decisions follow the policies set in your shop, applied consistently.
Can TikTok Shop share inventory with Shopify or Amazon?
Yes, with the right integrations and a shared stock plan. We set up sync and safety buffers so a sales spike on one channel does not oversell another. We also agree which channel gets priority when stock runs low.
How do you prepare stock for a viral video?
No one can predict which video will take off, but you can be ready for one. We hold planned buffers on key products and keep reorder lead times visible, so a spike becomes a short stock risk rather than a long stockout.
Do you work with my existing warehouse?
Usually, yes. If your current 3PL or in-house team can meet TikTok Shop’s requirements, we connect it, adjust the settings and monitor performance. If it cannot, we explain why and outline the alternatives.
