CREATOR & AFFILIATE MANAGEMENT

Samples out. Videos in. Every week.

We run your TikTok Shop affiliate program day to day: briefs, samples, content approval, Spark codes and payouts. You get a steady flow of videos without chasing a single creator yourself.

THE PROBLEM

Samples went out. Videos did not come back.

You shipped product to dozens of creators and only a handful posted. Nobody is tracking who still owes content, which videos are cleared for ads or when commissions get paid. Meanwhile, the creators who did post well have not heard from you since.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

The weekly work of an affiliate program

Everything between a creator joining your program and a published video that is cleared for ads.

01

Affiliate Center setup

We configure your plans in Affiliate Center, TikTok Shop’s tool for working with creators. Open plans are available to any eligible creator; targeted plans carry special terms for creators you invite.

02

Creator briefs

Each creator receives a short brief: hook options, the key product points, the claims they may and may not make, and what a strong video looks like. Briefs are short enough to read on a phone and specific enough to act on.

03

Sample approvals and shipping

We review sample requests against written criteria and track every unit from approval to delivery, so you always know where product went. Requests outside the criteria come to you for a decision rather than an automatic yes.

04

Posting follow-up

Creators get polite, specific reminders on a set schedule, timed around each sample’s delivery date, until the video is live. Repeat non-posters are removed from future seeding.

05

Content approval

Where a deal allows draft review, we approve content before it posts. Every published video is checked for accuracy, brand fit and policy compliance, and anything off brief goes back to the creator with specific fixes.

06

Spark codes and ad rights

We collect Spark codes, a creator’s permission for a brand to run their video as an ad, for every strong post. Those videos then feed your GMV Max campaigns.

07

Commissions and payouts

We reconcile commissions, flat fees and bonuses against content actually delivered and keep a clean ledger of what each creator is owed.

08

Creator performance tracking

A weekly view of posts, sales by creator and return on samples shows who to reward, who to re-brief and who to retire. The report is short, and every number in it leads to a decision.

HOW WE RUN IT

How we take over your program

WEEK 1
01

Program audit

We review your current plans, commission rates, outstanding samples and the backlog of content still owed. You see what is working before we change anything.

WEEKS 1 TO 2
02

Reset the foundations

Plans and rates are reset from your margins, briefs are written and sample criteria agreed with you.

WEEKS 2 TO 3
03

First seeding wave

Samples go to approved creators with briefs attached and a follow-up schedule already running.

WEEKS 3 TO 4
04

Content and authorization

Videos are reviewed, Spark codes collected and the best content passed to whoever runs your ads.

MONTH 2 ONWARD
05

Run and prune

Weekly reporting, re-briefs for promising creators and a roster that gets sharper every month. Top performers are offered better terms through targeted plans.

OUR APPROACH

Every sample is a cost with a return

A free sample is product, postage and opportunity. We track each one from approval to video to sales, so seeding becomes a measurable channel instead of a hopeful giveaway. The same discipline applies to content: every approved video either earns, informs the next brief or gets authorized for ads. Over time, that record shows which creators, products and briefs deserve more of your budget.

HOW ENGAGEMENTS WORK

Alongside your team, or instead of it

Affiliate management is a monthly service with weekly reporting. It is quoted per store on the strategy call, based on roster size, sample volume and how many products sit in the program. Creator commissions and fees are yours and stay separate from our fee.

01

Full program management

We run every part of the program, from plans and briefs to reconciled payouts.

02

Paired with Creator Research & Deals

We find and sign new creators, then manage them inside the same program.

03

Within TokVendors 360

Affiliate operations linked directly to GMV Max, stock levels and the promotions calendar.

Affiliate program examples are added to our case studies page as clients approve them. See case studies →

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Still unsure? Ask us on a free strategy call.

What does a TikTok Shop affiliate management agency do?

It runs the program after creators join: plans, briefs, samples, follow-ups, content approval, Spark codes and payouts. At TokVendors, finding and negotiating with new creators is a separate service called Creator Research & Deals, and the two are designed to work together.

What is the difference between open and targeted plans?

An open plan offers a set commission to any eligible creator who chooses to promote your product. A targeted plan offers specific terms to creators you invite. Most programs use both, saving better terms for creators who have shown they can sell.

How do you decide who gets a free sample?

We agree criteria with you, typically based on recent sales, audience fit and content quality. Requests that meet them are approved; the rest are declined politely. The aim is to send product where it is likely to come back as a video. Approved creators receive the brief with the sample, not after it.

What happens when a creator takes a sample and never posts?

We follow up on a set schedule. Creators who repeatedly fail to post are removed from future seeding, and the pattern sharpens how we screen new requests. Where a creator signed a paid deal, the contract terms for missed deliverables apply.

What are Spark codes and why do they matter?

A Spark code is a creator’s authorization for a brand to run their video as an ad. Authorized videos can be used in GMV Max, which gives your best organic content a longer and wider life. We log each code with its authorization period and the products it covers, so no authorized video goes unused.

Who pays the creators?

Affiliate commissions are settled through TikTok Shop on each order. Flat fees or bonuses agreed outside the platform are paid by you. We track and reconcile both so nothing is missed or paid twice. You approve any payment made outside the platform before it goes out.

Can you take over a program another agency started?

Yes. We begin with an audit of plans, rates, outstanding samples and content owed, then reset what is not working. Creators already performing well are kept on and re-briefed rather than replaced.
