HOW IT WORKS
Five steps. One accountable team.
A structured process that takes your TikTok Shop from planning to live operations, then keeps improving it month by month. Here is what happens at each stage, and what you can expect from us.
Discovery and strategy
We start with a free strategy call to understand your products, customers, capital and goals. Then we study your niche on TikTok: competing shops, the creators who sell in it and the price points that move. You get a written launch plan with the model we recommend and the reasoning behind it. If TikTok Shop is not the right fit, we will tell you.
Store build and product setup
We set up or audit your TikTok Shop: business verification, payments, shipping, returns and storefront branding. Listings are written for TikTok search, with clear titles, complete attributes and images that show the product working. Where a category or brand needs approval, we prepare the documents early, because review times are set by TikTok, not by us.
Creator recruitment and content
We find creators whose audiences buy in your category, judged by sales history and content quality rather than follower count. We handle outreach, negotiation, samples and briefs, and review every video against your brand and TikTok’s rules before it goes live. Most creators earn commission on the sales they drive, and any flat fee is agreed in writing first. The videos that convert become the raw material for your ads.
GMV Max ads and LIVE shopping
Once creator and product videos produce real performance data, we launch GMV Max, TikTok’s automated Shop ads campaign, which draws on organic videos, affiliate posts, paid creative and LIVE content. It optimizes toward a target ROI that we set from your margins, and Spark codes (permissions creators share) let their best videos run as ads. Where the product suits demonstration, we plan and run LIVE shopping sessions and support them with LIVE GMV Max.
Ongoing management and growth
After launch, the work deepens. We monitor the store daily, adjust budgets and ROI targets, widen the creator roster, handle customer messages and plan seasonal campaigns. Each month you get a clear report on where sales came from, what they cost and what we will do next. As the data changes, so does the plan.
What you get every month
- A written report on GMV (total sales), orders, margin and ad efficiency
- A review call with your account team
- Next month's plan, with the reason behind each change
- New creator content and an updated creator roster
- GMV Max budget and target ROI adjustments
- Listing, pricing and inventory recommendations
What we need from you
- Business documents and account access for store verification
- Product samples and inventory, or supplier contacts
- Brand guidelines and the product claims you can and cannot make
- Timely approvals on content, budgets and pricing
- A decision-maker who joins the monthly review
Timelines vary by product, category and market, and by how quickly TikTok, suppliers and creators respond, so the weeks above describe a typical path rather than a promise.
How long does it take to launch a TikTok Shop?
Store setup is usually the quick part, though verification time is set by TikTok’s review. Product readiness, category approvals and creator content take longer and vary by category. Your launch plan includes a realistic timeline for your case.
Do I need an existing TikTok account or following?
No. On TikTok Shop, sales can come from creators, ads, search and LIVE, not only from your own followers. A brand account helps over time and we can advise on it, but it is not required to start.
Can you take over a store I already run?
Yes. We begin with an audit of account health, listings, creators and ads, then bring your store into the process at the step that fits. We keep what is already working.
How involved do I need to be?
Expect more time in the first weeks for documents, approvals and samples. After launch, most of your time goes to the monthly review and to decisions on budget, pricing and range.
When do you start spending on ads?
Usually once there is creator or product content with real performance data, so the budget has something proven to scale. The amount is always your decision, set against a target ROI built from your margins.
