Who can use the Website
The Website is intended for adults and businesses. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and that if you use it on behalf of a company, you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company.
Our services are covered by separate agreements
The Website describes the TikTok Shop services we offer, but it is not an offer to provide services on any particular terms. Any services we provide, including scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, store ownership and termination, are governed by a separate written agreement signed by TokVendors and the client. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement controls for those services.
Booking a strategy call or sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation for either party.
Independence from TikTok and other platforms
TokVendors is an independent agency. We are not owned by, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by TikTok, ByteDance, Shopify, Amazon or any other platform mentioned on the Website. TikTok, TikTok Shop and other platform and product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the platforms we work with.
No professional, legal, tax or financial advice
Articles, guides, calculators, glossary entries and other content on the Website are for general information and education only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice, and they are not tailored to your situation. TikTok Shop fees, policies and features change often, so confirm current details in TikTok Shop Seller Center and get advice from qualified professionals before you make business or financial decisions.
No promise of results
We do not promise any particular sales, income, profit or other outcome from using the Website, its content or our services. Results depend on many factors outside our control. Our Earnings Disclaimer explains this in more detail and forms part of these Terms.
Acceptable use
When using the Website, you agree not to:
- use it for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- submit false information, impersonate anyone or submit someone else’s personal information without permission;
- send spam, malware or any code designed to damage or interfere with the Website;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data by automated means, other than standard search engine indexing;
- interfere with the Website’s security features or with anyone else’s use of the Website.
We may restrict or block access to the Website for anyone who breaks these Terms.

Liability relating to client services is governed by the relevant client agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TokVendors and its owners, employees, contractors and agents from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TokVendors is legally established, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and applies from the date it is posted. If you keep using the Website after that, you accept the updated Terms.
General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Earnings Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and TokVendors about your use of the Website, while separate client agreements govern our services.
