Creators chosen for what they sell, not who follows them.

We research creators using real sales data, audience fit and content quality, then negotiate deals that make sense for your margins. Contracts, usage rights and Spark codes are settled before the first video goes live.

Big following. Small sales.

You paid a creator with a large audience, and the video drew views but almost no orders. Now every new pitch feels like a gamble, and you have no reliable way to tell the sellers from the entertainers. And when a video did perform, you had no rights to run it as an ad.

From long list to signed creator

Research and dealmaking for the creators you want to work with on purpose, not by chance.

01

Discovery led by sales data

We search by product category and recent sales history, measured as GMV (gross merchandise value, the total value of orders a creator has driven). Sources include Affiliate Center data and independent analytics tools.

02

Audience fit analysis

We check who actually watches, using the audience data available: age, location, interests and whether that audience buys at your price point. A large audience in the wrong country or age group is reach you cannot sell to.

03

Content quality review

We watch recent videos for hook strength, product demonstration and how naturally the creator sells. Style decides conversion as much as reach does.

04

Competitor creator mapping

We map which creators already sell for competing brands, what they post and where there is room for your product in their content. It also shows which content formats already work in your category.

05

Deal structure

For each creator, we recommend custom terms: a commission rate set for that creator, a flat fee, a hybrid or a retainer, based on their track record and your margins. You see the reasoning behind each recommendation before any offer is made.

06

Outreach and negotiation

We handle outreach and negotiate on your behalf, aiming for terms that reward output rather than audience size alone. Messages are personal and specific to each creator’s content, never a mass template.

07

Contracts and deliverables

Every deal is put in writing: number of videos, posting dates, exclusivity, revisions and what happens if a deliverable is missed. You sign; we make sure nothing important is left vague.

08

Usage rights and Spark codes

We secure written usage rights and Spark code authorization upfront, so strong videos can run in GMV Max without a second negotiation. Rights are defined by channel and duration, so there is no ambiguity later.

How a creator search runs

WEEK 1
01

Brief and benchmarks

We agree on products, budget, target audience and what a good creator looks like for you, then map the creators selling for competitors.

WEEKS 1 TO 2
02

Research and long list

We build a long list from sales data and review content until only vetted candidates remain.

WEEK 2
03

Shortlist review

You see every shortlisted creator with sales evidence, audience notes and a recommended deal type before any outreach begins. You can remove anyone, for any reason.

WEEKS 2 TO 3
04

Outreach and negotiation

We contact creators, negotiate terms and document every point agreed.

WEEKS 3 TO 4
05

Contracts and handoff

Contracts are signed, rights secured and creators moved into your active program with briefs and samples ready.

Sales data first. Follower count last.

Follower count tells you who might see a video. Sales history tells you who can move product. We start with the second and treat the first as context. Then we structure each deal so the creator is rewarded for the outcome you actually need, whether that is sales, content volume or both.

Built for the right shops.

A research sprint or an ongoing pipeline

Creator Research & Deals runs as a defined research sprint, suited to a launch or a new product line, or as a monthly pipeline for brands that want a steady flow of new voices. It is quoted per store on the strategy call. Creator fees and commissions are paid by you and kept entirely separate from our fee.

01

Research sprint

A vetted shortlist, deal recommendations and signed agreements for an agreed number of creators.

02

Ongoing creator pipeline

New creators researched, negotiated and onboarded every month as your catalog and budget grow.

03

Research plus management

Signed creators move straight into our Creator & Affiliate Management service, with no gap between deal and first brief.

Creator research examples are published on our case studies page with client approval. See case studies →

What is TikTok Shop creator sourcing?

It is the process of finding and recruiting creators to promote your products. We source on sales data first, then audience fit and content quality, so every creator you sign comes with evidence that they can sell.

How do you know how much a creator sells?

Affiliate Center shows sales indicators for many creators, and independent analytics tools add more history. We combine both and treat any single figure as a signal, not a promise. Content review and audience checks fill in what the numbers miss.

Which deal is best: commission, flat fee or retainer?

It depends on the creator’s track record and your margins. Commission suits testing new creators. Flat fees suit creators with consistent sales, hybrids share the risk, and retainers suit long term partners producing content on a regular schedule. Deals can also evolve as a creator proves themselves, moving from commission toward a hybrid or retainer.

What should a creator contract include?

At minimum: deliverables, posting dates, the product claims allowed, revision rules, any exclusivity, usage rights, Spark code authorization and payment terms. Putting these in writing prevents most disputes before they start. We are not a law firm, so for complex terms we recommend your own legal review.

What is competitor creator mapping?

We identify creators already selling products similar to yours, review which of their content performs and assess whether they are open to new brands. It shows you the creator landscape before you spend anything. It also reveals gaps: strong creators in your niche who are not yet working with a brand like yours.

How is this different from Creator & Affiliate Management?

Creator Research & Deals finds, vets and signs creators. Creator & Affiliate Management runs the program once they join: briefs, samples, approvals and payouts. The two services are built to hand off cleanly to each other.

Do you work with creators who apply to you directly?

Yes. Creators can apply through our creators page, and we consider them alongside external research. Every creator is vetted the same way, wherever they come from.
