PRIVATE LABEL LAUNCH
Your own brand, launched on TikTok Shop.
We take your product from manufacturer to a live TikTok Shop, with listings, creators, GMV Max ads and fulfillment handled by one team. You own the brand, the store and every customer it earns.
THE PROBLEM
A good product is not a launch plan.
I have a product I believe in, or a manufacturer ready to make it. What I don’t have is a way to get it in front of buyers on TikTok without spending months, and a lot of inventory, on guesswork.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
What we do for your brand
Everything a private label brand needs to go from first sample to steady, measurable sales on TikTok Shop.
Product and margin validation
We check demand signals, competing listings and your landed cost against TikTok Shop fees, creator commission and ad spend. You see the unit economics before you commit to a large order.
Supplier and compliance checks
We help you vet manufacturers, confirm category rules and gather the documents TikTok Shop may request, such as safety test reports or ingredient lists. Problems are cheaper to fix before production than after.
Brand and storefront
Shop profile, brand assets in Seller Center (TikTok’s seller dashboard) and a storefront that reads as a real brand. First impressions matter when a buyer arrives from a creator’s video.
Listings built to convert
Search-led titles, complete attributes, clear images and descriptions that answer the questions buyers ask in the comments. Every listing is written for TikTok search, not copied from another marketplace.
Creator seeding and deals
We find creators whose audiences already buy in your category, ship samples with a tight brief and negotiate commission or flat-fee terms. A new brand needs trusted voices before it needs ads.
GMV Max ads
GMV Max is TikTok’s automated ads campaign for Shop products. Once creator videos show which angles sell, we scale them against a target ROI set from your real margins.
LIVE shopping
Where the product benefits from demonstration, we plan and run LIVE sessions that show it working and answer objections in real time.
Fulfillment and reporting
Stock positioning, shipping setup and returns, plus a monthly report that shows where sales came from, what they cost and what we will change next.
HOW WE RUN IT
The launch path
Strategy and validation
We review your product, category and unit economics, map the competing listings and the creators who sell in your niche, and agree a written 90-day launch plan.
Supply, compliance and brand
We confirm manufacturer readiness, category documents and packaging, then set up the store and brand assets. Your supplier’s lead time usually sets the pace here.
Listings and first stock
Listings go live with search-led copy and imagery, and inventory is positioned so orders can ship on time from day one.
Creator seeding
Samples go out to vetted creators with a clear brief. We track which hooks, formats and creators turn views into orders, and drop what doesn’t.
GMV Max and LIVE
We put budget behind the content that has shown it can sell, with a target ROI set from your break-even, and add LIVE sessions where they fit the product.
Refine and extend
Each month we refine pricing, creative and creator mix. When the data supports it, we plan new variants, bundles or SKUs.
OUR APPROACH
The economics of private label
Private label gives you control of price, packaging and story, and the brand equity you build stays with you. The trade-off comes up front: product development, minimum order quantities and inventory you pay for before the first sale. Demand also has to be created rather than captured, which is why creator content carries more weight here than in wholesale. We model these costs with you before anything is ordered.
- More margin potential per unit, because no brand owner sits between you and the buyer
- More capital and time at the start: samples, minimum orders, packaging and compliance
- A long-term asset: the brand, the reviews and the customer relationship are yours
IS IT A FIT?
Built for the right shops.
A great fit if you
- Founders with a product, formula or manufacturer ready to go
- Individuals and investors who want to own a brand, not resell someone else's
- Established DTC, Shopify or Amazon brands adding TikTok Shop as a channel
- Products that are easy to show working in a short video
- Owners prepared to fund a first production run and a creator seeding budget
Probably not a fit if you
- Anyone expecting quick or hands-off returns
- Products in categories TikTok Shop restricts or prohibits
- Budgets that cannot cover inventory and a period of testing
HOW ENGAGEMENTS WORK
How we work together
Every private label engagement starts with a free strategy call and a written scope. Pricing is quoted per store on the strategy call, based on your catalog, category and how much of the work you want us to run. Inventory, samples and ad spend are paid by your business, separately from our fee.
Launch
Validation, store build, listings, first creator seeding and the first GMV Max campaigns, taking the brand through launch and its first full month of data.
Launch + TokVendors 360
The launch path followed by ongoing all-in-one management: ads, creators, LIVE, fulfillment and monthly reporting, run by the same team.

How much does it cost to launch a private label brand on TikTok Shop?
It depends on your product cost, minimum order quantity, packaging, sample budget and ad spend, plus our fee. Our fee is quoted per store on the strategy call. We build a full cost model with you before you order inventory, so the numbers are clear from the start.
Do I need my own product already?
No. Some clients arrive with a finished product and a manufacturer; others have an idea or a category in mind. We help you validate a product and vet suppliers, but you make the final call and own the supplier relationship.
Who owns the brand and the store?
You do. The trademark, the TikTok Shop account, the listings and the customer relationship all belong to your business. We operate the store through user access you grant and can revoke.
How long until a private label product starts selling?
There is no fixed answer. Timing depends on manufacturing lead times, category approvals, how quickly creators post and how the market responds. We set milestones in the launch plan and report against them every month.
Do I need a trademark?
For a long-term brand it is strongly recommended, and brand tools in Seller Center may ask for trademark documents. Trademark filing is a legal matter, so we suggest working with a trademark attorney and we plan the launch around their timeline.
Can you help with product compliance?
We check category rules and flag the documents TikTok Shop may request, such as safety test reports or ingredient lists, and we keep product claims within platform policy. Final responsibility for product safety sits with the brand owner, and some categories need specialist advice.
Is private label better than wholesale?
Neither is better in general. Private label suits people who want control and a long-term asset and can fund inventory up front. Wholesale suits people who want existing demand and a faster start, with thinner margins. We recommend a model on the strategy call based on your capital, timeline and goals.
